Having worked in education for the past 6 years, I feel I have a wealth of beneficial experience that is well suited to the post of English Teacher.

As a teacher, I focus on student-centered philosophies, doing my best to assist and teach young adults, encourage them to develop their talents to the fullest, ensuring a high level of student success. Throughout my work experience, I have supported numerous students in achieving their academic goals.

In addition, I have experience interviewing and advising adult students. As a Student Support Manager at StepUP English Speaking Centre, I was responsible for providing accurate course advice and guidance to prospective students, placing them into appropriate classes based on their English proficiency, and monitoring their academic progress.

My most recent role as an Associate Director of Studies at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics has been a crucial and enjoyable part of my professional development. Whilst teaching writing, speaking, and listening courses to Chinese undergraduate and postgraduate students, I was also responsible for mentoring new teachers, observing lessons, providing developmental feedback to teachers, and overseeing quality of material design. As well as these duties, I also served as a Student Coach, helping undergraduate students prepare for the EF National University Cup (English skills competition for university students).

My work experience has provided me with extensive knowledge of the challenges of student life. I possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, enabling students to trust in the guidance and information that I provide. Moreover, I have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish, which enables me to work with students and teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
