A highly motivated and experienced teacher with four years of teaching experience in China, with practical experience in a number of schools in China. My teaching philosophy is a child centered approach taking into account the Montessori methods and activities of teaching, where students come into direct contact with realia/objects linking it with phonics, forming basis for their spoken language. Language is learned in an environment where audio-visual materials aid the students’ innate language abilities and not forcing words down the throats of children and engaging in unnecessary recitations.
