I am a Cambodian national who have graduated in majoring English Professional for Communication of the bachelor degree at Human Resource University. I am confident that my education background and talents, I should be one of the candidates fit for the job and concerned.
As a youth, I have great passion for this kind of activity as I like challenges, organizes, sharing, communicate, workshop, meeting and events. In the past, I used to work at Faceline Clinic as a receptionist, this work provided me experiences with customers such as warming welcome to the customer, introduce a new product, service and price, prepared documents for doctors and provided soft consulting before the doctors, followed up patient’s condition, and arranged schedule. Besides this, I recently work as a Customer Service at SunCity Apartment; my job duties are assist customers viewing units, handle lease inquiry, booking, and update reports, preparing lease contract, sending notice and follow up, cashier task, dealing & solving customer’s complaint and request, manage/organize and follow up staffs’ tasks in order to have reports done.
